SUPPORT A CHILD
Since 2021 Westerlaken foundation / Yayasan Westerlaken Alliance Indonesia set up and manages the Jodie O'Shea children fund. Jodie O'Shea tragically died as a result of the Bali bombing in 2002. In her memory the Jodie O'Shea house was established. In line with current child protection laws and international views on institutionalised care Westerlaken foundation / Yayasan Westerlaken Alliance Indonesia has, in cooperation with the current Jodie O'Shea management reunified almost all children with their family and parents in 2021.
A number of children have a supporter who pays for educational needs and support. Others do not have a supporter and we are looking for people that can help these children in being able to follow education.
To protect the identity of the children and their families we do not give any names or recognisable photos on this website. As a supporter you will be able to receive more information on the child you support.
As a supporter you can make a difference for the child you help!
Supporting a disadvantaged child breaks the cycle of poverty. Your help will ensure JOS children, live decently and continue their education.
